Little history, last season my air cleaner came off out in the sand. After that the bike started running like crap and the left cylinder seemed to be working at about 50%.

I sent my head and cylinders off the HJR. They bored and honed the cylinders, new pistons and milled the head. While I had it apart, I added Boysen dual stage reeds and rebuilt and cleaned the carbs.

I am now trying to get it running right. I adjusted the slides so they bottom out fully and lift at the same time. I also started off with the idle screws two turns out. The air screws are all the way in.

The bike starts and idles but the same cylinder as last year seems to run at about 50% and the other feels strong. I swapped plugs and moved the plug wires around with no effect. What am I doing wrong? Why is one really weak? Im thinking its gotta be carb related with a whole new top end and still doing the same thing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
