i just bought my first banshee but i bought it as a project. the guy before me put the pins in wrong and didnt line them up with the case and now there broke, can i just buy the pins and replace them without rebuilding the whole crank? also the cranks are hot rods and they say c.k. 121 on the rods are they stroker cranks or something? sorry im new to quads

What pins are you talking about? wrist-pins? The locator pins on the main bearings that line up with the notch in the cases or what? Maybe post some pics of what you're talking about. Without more detail about what your talking about no one will be able to help you since we don't know what exactly you're talking about.

ok, what i'm abbout to suggest, i cannot gaurantee will work due to the fuel in the crankcase and i have not tried yet. i take it that it's the 2 center bearings, in that case, look into using bearing retaining compound. i belive it is compatible with fuel, but it's your discretion to use it. otherwise, i don't believe you'll ever be able to replace the pins alone, or that they will hold if you can. the outters are totally replaceable on the other hand...
