superfastyfz450driver Posted October 11, 2009 Report Posted October 11, 2009 well started building my 535 oval bike for next year anyways heres the pics for now front suspension is about 80 % done just need to finish the a arms and sway bar system then i can work on the swingarm here is the arms i built for my yfz from this past winter my other bikes that green and white yfz is unbeatble up at a race track we run at not far from home and the worst it ever got was a 2nd place finish our local track runs an up tp 450 class where that bike runs in then an open class which is 451 and up 4 stroke and any 2 stroke, as it sits i am running the same times as the open class bikes so im sure this banshee i am building will just fly Quote
NOS_350x Posted October 11, 2009 Report Posted October 11, 2009 How is the bump steer on the yfz?? Those are some WIDE ones on the front there. I dono about those a-arms very interesting design there. Are they aluminum? The hardest part of a fast shee is getting it hooked up. 450's are easy to get traction. Banshees are extremely difficult. Did you make the swaybar on the 450? that looks like a nice one. Quote
superfastyfz450driver Posted October 12, 2009 Author Report Posted October 12, 2009 bump steer is non existing on the yfz 3/16ths of an inch at the most, i am working on an adjustble swingarm for the banshee so i can alter wheel base accordingly Quote
