SonOfSand Posted September 22, 2009 Report Posted September 22, 2009 Hi guys, I am waiting for my Keihin 35 mm PWK Air Strikers to arrive, I am just curious, what type of performance gains can I expect with the mods below? My friend says there wont be much of a gain. What are your thoughts? Thanks. Quote
87sheerips Posted September 23, 2009 Report Posted September 23, 2009 I would suggest running some CPI inframe pipes. I have 35PWKS and they work very well together! Huge increase over running 28mm carbs with T5s. Still very trail friendly, but great for drag racing too. Quote
RippinShee Posted September 23, 2009 Report Posted September 23, 2009 I have a similar setup to yours, and I do have CPI Pipes. Im going from a 13 tooth front sprocket up to a 15 tooth front sprocket. Also, Im going from stock carbs to 34 PJ's. I hear it should be a crazy increase. Quote
SonOfSand Posted September 23, 2009 Author Report Posted September 23, 2009 Right now I am running T5's, I think new pipes are next in line. I only ride dunes, shoot bowls and race the hill. I dont know what would be best for my setup, CPI's or Shear's? Quote
