Wildwood, NJ Beach Drags Friday, Oct 9

Yea bode i heard of this too, i read it in dirt wheels a couple years back and always wanted to go but if it's only friday night i'll never make it!!! There's no way of leaving my job on a friday that's the money maker lol!!! If anyone wants to meet up on Saturaday just to see what this event is all about and have some brew ha's i down for the drive!! It's usally like a 3 hour drive with traffic but if it's nice day maybe i'll take the M/// out (OOOOHHHH YEEEAAAAA) then i should make it in 2 hours flat but ive made it in a 1:45 at 2am racing my boys Zo6 basically the whole way down from my house but anyway if anyone want to meet let's plan some shit!!!

I've heard there are gonna be some beach drags at Wildwood during their Thunder in the sand motocross event. The guys that have told me are saying it's Friday night only, $15.00 and from 6-8:30. I haven't really been able to find out too much info, just wanted to give anyone that may be interested a heads up. The only info I could find on their site was a test and tune thing, so I guess that's what I'm hearing about. I've tried to call twice but gotten no answer.

The whole event is Friday to Sunday (9th-11th) The "drag race" part is just Friday night from what I've been told by the guys from down here that have gone before. The website has a bunch of rules, but they seem more geared towards the motocross races, and the drag race thing from what I've been told is pretty informal. Just line up next to someone and go when it's your turn. They are supposed to have a timing light as well. I'm just going by what I've been told and have not seen or heard anything official.
