I have a 1990 yamaha banshee that was basically left at my house when a roommate moved out. It has not run for as long as I have had it. I have replaced every electrical component and wire with the exception of the stator and rotor inside the generator. I am still having a difficult time getting any spark, and the spark I get is very weak. Is there any possible issue that I am missing or am I going to just have to suck it up and buy a new stator. The rotor is in good shape.
