AustinTX
I am helping a friend of mine jet his bike, and I have never seen a bike like such small pilots. This is a new topend that he just had (dune)ported. It's a stock stroke, stock cylinder setup with CPI's and 33pwk's. The elevation here is 650'.Noss head with 19cc domes, Chariot reed cages with boyesen dual stage reeds. The carbs have 155 mains, CGL needle middle clip, and 35 pilots. We started with 48 pilots and the bike wouldn't even idle. The more we jet down the better it gets, but even with the 35's in it,it still has a slight bog right off idle. This is really odd to me. Most bikes with a similar setup like around 45 pilots.
