scav8er Posted September 20, 2009 Report Posted September 20, 2009 I just picked up a 96 Banshee for a trail quad while I build my drag Shee. The clutch works fine I can push the quad with the clutch pulled in and it in gear. Only about the first 1/4 inch of pull does anything? In other words when letting the clutch out nothing happens until I get to within a 1/4 inch of it being all the way out. Is this an adjustment I need to make or do I have clutch problems? I just got it and im out of town so I havnt got to tear into it yet. Any ideas? Quote

Take a look at the case to see if the arrow on the actuator lines up with the arror on the case. Where the clutch cable attaches to the actuator that pushes the clutch rod. Quote

I'll check again when I get home but if I remember correctly they did line up. Quote
