dajogejr Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 Start with 340 mains and 27.5 pilots. You already know you're choking the hell out of that motor both on the intake (carbs) and exhaust (Trail pipes) side of it. A true drag port will respond well to a CPI pipe and 35 to 39PWK on gas or 39 on alky.... Are the cylinders ported for the 4 mil crank? Quote
todd Posted September 11, 2009 Author Report Posted September 11, 2009 no the cylinders arent ported to the 4 mill. theses cylinders are just being used for a short time mine went bad and i got these cheap. over the winter i, gonna get new pipes, carbs, and cub cylinders. Quote
dajogejr Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 gotcha... Hey...I'm not trying to bust balls, you just know you don't have an ideal setup! I ran stock carbs and T5 pipes on my 4 mil cub setup while I was waiting on my inframe shearer pipes and bigger PWKs. I had a bunch of people telling me they won't work....which was BS. I was just missing out on performance.... I think the jetting I gave you should get you ball park close, good luck... Quote
