flyRTby Posted September 3, 2009 Report Posted September 3, 2009 with my dip-stick removed engine running its pretty noisy.. sounds like metal clanking.. i just replaced inner-outer hubs, frictions and steels, modded shift star as-well. with the dip-stick in place the noise goes away. seems to me like the kick-starter is clanking around. just wanted to see if this is normal or not.. i guess i never ran the bike without the dip-stick to notice this noise. thanks in advance..
