shakar Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 my wheeler has fmf fattys 28 mm flatside mikunis and pods it will not start or run unless theres a 15 pilot jet. it runs ok with the 15 but theres a bog at takoff . i tried 25 27.5 wont even start. could this cause damage?what could cause this?any help for me ?? thanks Quote

And also whats your air screws set at? Elevation and temp? Quote

Once the cable is unhooked, lighty push the needle back towards where the cable was. Very simple. Quote
shakar Posted August 28, 2009 Author Report Posted August 28, 2009 geting the cable lock off thats getin me its not like the metal lock on stock carbs .its a yellow plastic with a tab dont look to strong trying top be easy . the screws r under that .nothing seems to be easy with this .im startin to feel special Quote
Snopczynski Posted August 28, 2009 Report Posted August 28, 2009 You may have the wrong nozzles in it as well. Those carbs have to be set up a certain way to work right. I have posted all the specs on here a couple times. Quote

Alex29573 Posted August 30, 2009 Report Posted August 30, 2009 Pull the carb tops off by taking the 2 screws up top off pull out the slide, connected to the spring and carb top pull the spring out and hold with one hand or have someone lift and hold it to the side use needle nose pliers to pull the plastic green thing upwards (you can grab it by a little tab pointing up) take off the 2 phillips screws im running 30 pilots at 3 turns and it feels rich (but ive never tried 27.5) up top im running 280 and it runs fine but im going to try 300 soon needle on mine is middle position slide, nozzle, everything else is the same. i have pro circuits, and uni filter Quote
