popa_top2000 Posted September 2, 2009 Report Posted September 2, 2009 It works great, but there's some cons to the system. You need to have the program software (around $100) to adjust your limiter, shift points and of course the curves. Depending on the year of you quad, all the features might not be available. Thanks...If I remember correctly when I checked the website it has everything I want on for the 04. Thats gay you have to spend and extra 100 bucks to program it but I guess since I've already spend thousands of dollars on my shee whats another 400 bucks for a box and software. Quote
Whitey Posted October 19, 2009 Report Posted October 19, 2009 We use a auto meter shift light activated with a dyna ignition. I haven't heard of a way to do it with a stock ignition. You need to get a clean ignition signal. I wired in a 4-pin GM HEI module to the stock ignition on my fuel injected Banshee and I get a clean tach signal. Then you can just run a regular MSD shift light with a pill. You can see the module in this pic: Quote
