choke pull rebuild/replace?

My choke won't stay open... it isn't really a big deal but I'm tired of it.

 

Can I replace that rubber boot? Or do I need to replace the whole assembly?

there is a little spring clip that wears out under that rubber boot, but i havn't heard of anyone being able to find just the clip.....
