my steering and tires are not straight.....when i keep the handelbar straight the banshee goes to another direction and the tire on the right isnt facing forward>>>> what should i do?

and wat is the purpose of a timing plate and does it increase power ?

If you can upload pics of the front end. It sounds like an a arm ball joint is bad. Timing plates are a quick and easy mod. You will notice a performance improvement

Isolate the problem. If your tire wobbles front to back it is probably a tie rod end. From top to bottom it is probably ball joints on the arms. If those are good it could be a wheel bearing. If that is the case the wheel and hub will wobble on the spindle. If when accelerating the bike pulls check your rear hubs to make sure the splines are not worn. The last one is probably not your problem but is something to keep an eye on.
