I will not buy from anyone without some feedback or prior business with. If you are new and want to sell to me we have to agree on a price first. You ship it to me and once I receive and inspect it I will pay you. I'm a trusted business dealer with backup and that's the only way I will roll with new people. Sad we have to do it this way. Quote
