dco3100 Posted July 29, 2009 Author Report Posted July 29, 2009 anyone out there with a similar setup, im looking for paddle type and gearing. I know my setup has potential to run strong 3's but have no clue as to what gearing the record holders and "faster guys" use, as well well as a tire to compliment the chosen gearing Im just trying to get all the info i can, ive bought many paddles and sprockets for my previous bikes and had to sell, buy and resell many of times, and just something i dont wanna go through with 5,6,700 dollar paddles, ya know Quote
J-Madd Posted July 29, 2009 Report Posted July 29, 2009 I think your gonna have a very hard time finding someone else with a 610 cc Banshee engine on a stock chassis with or without a bar. I've seen one 10 mil DM on a stock chassis, and it's no longer on a stock chassis. A 4 mil Cub could smoke it all day long in 300 ft. Hard to get that much power to the ground on a stock chassis, especially with no bar. Quote

Stock unmodded chassis are only good up to a 10mil cub in my opinion. Anything bigger is just asking for problems. Quote
dco3100 Posted July 29, 2009 Author Report Posted July 29, 2009 FUCK! :: more bad news, cant it get worse? besides all the damn money im dumpin in this damn thing. Ill look into a drag frame later on fuck that. I guess im on the market for a wheelie bar now eh? Quote
J-Madd Posted July 29, 2009 Report Posted July 29, 2009 You can have your stocker modded. If you can weld, you can buy the chromoly front end and tig it yourself, then just run a strut in the rear. Not as good as a true ridgid drag chassis, but much better and lighter than stock. The orange bike in my sig is a modded stocker. +24 inches out front with a +12 swinger. Quote
