i just had my engine rebuilt new pistons and crank and was wondering what suggestions yall had as to what kinda of oil to break it in with and what kind of oil to use after?

Any non synthetic. After heat cycles and re-torqing head and jugs its your choice. By noon you'll have a dozen different answers. Try a search also.
