i Found some more writing 513M06450

Those are wiesco's stock stroke (513) The piston size is the end 4#'s which are (64.50) and that would make them .020 over.

Thanks savage! Im a little unsure if i will need to bore the cylinders or just hone them for another set of 64.50... There is no deep scratches on the walls but on top of each cylinder there is a rough sopt where it looks like it rusted .. Its like a half inch on one cylinder and a inch on the other... What could this be from? Its only at the very top of both..

IMO, i would measure them and see if there still within spec (round). When i went from 64.00 pistons to 64.50 pistons the cyl walls looked perfect to the eye but when measured they were way outa round.

If you don't have a good inside micrometer to measure the bore your self at a bunch of different spots, then take them to a reputable shop locally that can measure and bore them for you or just send them to Jeff at F.A.S.T racing and he will get you squared up.....or should i say round

It don't really cost that much to do, then you know your cyls are perfectly round for your new pistons and rings.

How much would that cost for shipping? Also the connecting rods on the crank have play side to side.. Is this natural or should i investigate more?

Shipping would be anywhere from 20-40 depending where you are. Its cost me 40 from me to jeff and im in BC Canada, which is not to bad really.

And side to side play is fine as there will be NO side to side movement when the pistons are in and the cyls are bolted down. Unless you can move the rods REALLY far from side to side and you can tell its messed, but it aint.

Now, up and down play you want NONE of, i always check at BDC and TDC on both rods, just to make sure there's none at all.

Like the rods move from web to web but it has no up and down play.

correct.. you will have side to side play, or lets say that the rod will slide back and forth just a little.. but NO up down play.. all 2 stroke cranks have this play in them.. have those juggs checked and bore them if you have to.. it will be cheaper in the long run.. if you run the current piston size and the cylinders are worn, you will have too much clearance .. which can cause a rattl engine, and can cause a piston to bust .. which, could possibly ruin your crank, and cylinders.. so i suggest having them looked at.
