addicted again Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 Small problem that maybe someone else has experienced.... Runs strong, starts first kick. It will idle at a given rpm for about 15 seconds, then the idle slowly drops. It will stay at that idle for about 15 seconds, and then idle back up. It will go through this cycle for as long as i let it idle. When I first let it idle down, it has always been just a bit high, and afetr a few seconds it settles donw to normal idle. The going up and down is new. Any thoughts? Quote
dco3100 Posted July 8, 2009 Report Posted July 8, 2009 Ive had that same problem. I remember a few months ago the bike was doing this, didnt bother me too much. I began tuning it, i think i remember opening up the idle screws and different jets, but that caused it to idle fairly normal. I tuned it again last week and noticed that it began this again, all I did was screw in my idle screws and drop my needle jet. Sooo I would like to find an answer to this problem as well Quote
