buying a banshee

After selling my old one , i need to get another one once again.

 

 

The motor is blown out in it , but he has all the parts ( new numura .50 over complete top end rebuilt ) ... connecttin rod with bearings ect..

 

im wondering if 0.50 over is too much ?
