There is a thumb screw on the top of the TORs, I beleive turning it right raises the idle. If you don't have the TORs, or want to get rid of the TORs then youll have to tap an idle screw into the side of the carbs.

Thanks man, I'll give it a try when I get home. Where in Jersey are you from? I'm originally from Ridgewood, now in Alaska. Actually just went back to visit family after being away for 20 years. Damn, that woud make me feel old but I was only 5 when we left. :biggrin:
