Strange jetting

Hi guyz I run dual pwk33's on a moderatley ported 350 Im at 150asl temp 60-80. Ive tried 142-155mains, 40-48 Pilot, CEL,CEN,DEN,BEQ,CEQ,CGQ needles, #5 & #6 TV

It seems to run best at CGQ, 2 clip, 145 mains, 40 pilot, #6TV. But it still 4 strokes below 1/4 throttle. What could be happening here any ideas for what to check as this jetting is way off what others are running.

if you are running pump gas, then you are good enough to do a plug chop to verify the mains. then work on the pilots if they are good. where do the airscrews want to run?

Thanx for the response. AS is at 1.75 turns and the mains are maybe a little lean but seem safe. Im running pump gas at 40:1 mix. Its the lowend I cant seem to get right upto about 3/8 throttle.

With all those changes are you sure your not chasing an electrical or spark problem,if spark is not rite bike will feel fat and not take jetting well

Ok Ive done a complete electrical test and everything is as it should be. The spark is nice fat and blue. Source coils and pick up is fine, HT coil is good and all earths check out. Checked Loom, coil, source coil, pickup, HT leads, plug caps etc

who ported it? perhaps the bottom end went to poo becuase of the porting?
