Burt Reynolds Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Well my current set up is a 4mil crank/drag port timing/stock cylinders/noss head/stock timing/toomey t5's/33mm pwk's/21cc domes-160psi 50/50 race/pump gas. Right now it runs good with 160 mains and 45 pilots air screw 2 turns out-may be a tad rich on the pilots but i didnt have 42's so i used 45's Tommorow im switching to CPI in frame small bore pipes, and 35mm air strikers. Where should i start my jetting at? Quote
RadarRacing Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 Mine was about the same with cpis when I had T5's before. I went down a jet size when i got the CPIs. I had 35.5 airstrykers and ran 155s and 48 pilots CEL needles. The needles change quite a bit of your main jet requirements. Quote
wacko2000 Posted June 8, 2009 Report Posted June 8, 2009 See the airstrikers seem to be way different from Regular 35's I have cpi's 35mm airstrikers and all the other goodies. I run 135 main 38 pilot CEL needle and it runs awesome. Im actually still alittle rich all the way around but its safe and runs great. Quote
Burt Reynolds Posted June 9, 2009 Author Report Posted June 9, 2009 thanks guys, its looking like im going to end up with around a 160 main and a 42 pilot Quote
