got a banshee frame today and it looks like the threads are kinda nasty and the bolt does not want to tread in? if retapping the hole wiith the same size tap does not work what do i do? thanks

I had the same problem and I just tapped it one size larger and put a bigger bolt in. I also had to drill out the hole on the footpeg a bit bigger too accommodate the larger bolt.

That's what most people do, or else if you really wanted to you could put a helia coil in.
