twoody Posted June 2, 2009 Report Posted June 2, 2009 i bought a set of keihin pwk 28mm carbs. wanting to know where would a good start for the main and pilot jetting? i have a set of pods, stock reed cage w/ spacer w/ boyesen pro stock carbon reeds, timing set at stock, pro circuit pipes, jugs been bored .040 and a light port and polish, and elevation about 600ft above. I'm not sure if this will help you, but I ran 28s on a similar setup except I ran an airbox, which will change the jetting quite a bit. I got mine dialed in with 48 pilots and 140 mains. So your going to be at least fatter on the main. Maybe somebody will chime in, but I don't see too many people running them. Quote
