Float adjustment on 38mm keihin how? and height?

I found that if its rich at idle it needs the slides open a bunch to make it idel.....lean the pilot jets bakes the idle go up....then the air mixture screws give you fine adjustment for throttle response.... turing them in richens it up....out leans it... for idle and part thorottle.
