bamaboybv Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 I have an 87 asr pipes, k n dual pods +4 timing wiseco 64.50 milled head, and I run like a mofo on bottom end, but I want a little more on the top end side. My gearing is 13/43 is that too low geared? I am thinking of 14/42 or at least going up on the front what is the best to get a litte more top end? Quote
grizzly700 Posted May 22, 2009 Report Posted May 22, 2009 i would never change the gearing down on my banshee unless i was track racing only. stock is 14/41 so if you want more topend, just buy a 15 tooth front and see if thats wat you like..... Quote

I understand, but as a wrench head you should know that most banshee are modded, and they dont make banshee's anymore....so if you buy one it probably will be modded to the previous owners specs. I will probably try a 14 on the front or a 41/42 on the rear Quote
