Changed filters should I change jetting?

I took my air box off and put on a set of kn pods. I've got fmf fattys stock reeds not ported. I'm running 300 mains and 27.5 pilots. I ride at sea level. I ran a kn filter with no lid on the box. U guys think I'll have to go up on the mains.

i'd say go up one, if the box to pods is the only change
