need help jetting

Heres the mods aggressive trail port, 4 mil crank, 2 into 1 pipe, v force reeds, kn filter with lid got in the middle, coolhead with 24cc domes, stock carbs

 

Im in ohio i thinks its 800 above sea level tempature is 60-70 out right now

 

Right now I got stock pilot it screw out 2 turns

300 main

needle all the way up the richest

Its got hesitation through out the powerband

 

Just cant get it tuned in

umm what filter set up are you running and your needing to up the pilot... and the mains for a starter.

is the hesitation like a stutter, a bog when you push the throttle a little more? did you put the needle all the way up to make it run better. it does sound like you may need to go up on the mains. i would start with 320-330, and do a plug chop, then set the needle, then the pilot.
