makin the 10 hour drive down to St Anthonys for 5 days at the start of june, have a stock bike with 20-11-9 AMS aerospeeds, i am 220lbs and am wondering if the stock 14 41 gearing will be ok, or if i should go up a tooth or two on the rear sprocket?

Be alot more fun with at least a set of pipes on it. I would think it would be alright though. You could put a 13 on the front a little cheaper. Make it pretty zippy.

I'm thinking of making the trip there at the end of the summer. About 27 hours for me. Got some family up there. Kinda of a duel purpose trip. Hopefully it will all work out.

My last trip to St. Anthony I ran 13 - 42. I'm running Duncan's 403 Eliminator motor with a full Laegers Chassis with 20 - 10 - 10 skat track edges, 10 paddle. That seemed to work best for me. The trip before I ran 13 - 40, felt a little too tall.

Most people like to gear down a bit for St Anthony. I ran 14/40 my last trip there and got around just fine...but I'm turnin a bit more power.
