Cold weld / epoxy stuff used by KT.

In a another topic, i see a stuff used by KT it's like a coldweld or epoxy and this stuff resist even in the exaust of a cylinder.

 

I'm not able to find this topic, anyone are able to tell me the name of this product or the link to the topic
