I use a BFH, have a nut on there so you don't jack up the threads and then find something that you can put on there to smack.. Trying to remember what I used in the past.. Cant remember if it was some sort pry bar or just a metal rod of some sort.. Sure you get the idea though.. Its just a bitch to get any decent angel or hit on it without using some sort of "extension".... RIPPEN Quote
