What size gearing should i run w

like the topic says i run mostly trails, have mods in sig which include -2 swingarm and 22 inch tires in the rear. just wondering if the stock gearing should be changed because im buing a new o ring chain tonight.

I would try a 13 -41 combo or a 14-43 for the trails
