WHAT DO YOU GUYS USE TO PUT TEXT ON TOP OF JPG IMAGES?

What I am trying to do is find an easier way to add leaders with arrows and text on top of a JPG photo. We have plenty of CAD software here but none of them are designed to work with picture images. I have done this before in photoshop but seemed like a huge pain in the ass as there is not a tool to just drop an arrowed leader and text. Granted am I not very proficient with photoshop.

 

 

What would you guys use to point out certain parts of a picture and put remarks on them?

Easiest and most simple way is to use Microsoft Paint.

There's a bunch more out there too, but paint is the most straight forward IMO.
