DustinP Posted March 31, 2009 Report Posted March 31, 2009 Is it normal for the clutch spring bolts to bottom out before the bolt reaches the specified 10 ft lbs? Also, I use to have to compress the spring before the bolt would screw in, but now the bolt will screw in before it touches the spring. The springs are aftermarket stiffer springs, but they are within spec. Clutch plates are good and meet the thickness meets specs. Anyone else had this happen any suggestions? Quote
