I had an old 85 LT250 I used a piece of copper folded over and JB Weld to seal the cases, BIG hole... You have to clean the area good. Brake cleaner is good for that an not leaving a residue... Quote

sleeper06 Posted March 20, 2009 Report Posted March 20, 2009 If you clean it use some acetone,or acid from welding supply,it really cleans well,if you split them and you want it welded hit me up,but without pics its hard to tell if the weld will compromise case sealing up rite Quote
