Fireroad Express Posted March 16, 2009 Report Posted March 16, 2009 hmmm, i always thought the cylinders were cast aluminum and the sleeves were steel. a cast iron cylinder would make for one heavy f*@$ing cylinder! then again, isn't there some kind of chemical reaction or oxidation that takes place between steel and aluminum?
