ok i know some will flame for using these hoses but oh well.

I'm using the hoses from the hardware store. i have been told you can dye them by boiling them in some clothing(rit) dye. How long do you have to boil them? i have had a test peice in for about 15-20 min and still nothing. thanks in advance

You just have to get a nice big pot and heat the water and RID RIT what ever the name of the dye is in it. You dont have to bring it to a boil but it needs to be close. I think mine had to sit in the dye for about 8 mins. Depending on what color your try to do will depend on how much dye to add and how long to let it soak. For the blue I used some dark ass navy blue dye. You might not be having luck because of the color? Not sure. I did it a few times beecause I didnt get the hoses the correct length the first time.
