C&B Posted March 8, 2009 Report Posted March 8, 2009 Is the clutch adj properly? is the ball welded to the shaft? bearing gone? Oil smoked? more onfo needed Quote
jordanf1986 Posted March 8, 2009 Author Report Posted March 8, 2009 it was adjusted right but the ball was not welded to the rod Quote
docjcwatson Posted March 8, 2009 Report Posted March 8, 2009 There can be no way that the clutch was adjusted properly if you have gone through plates that quick. I welded the ball once. The clutch itself was fine. Quote
bansheefreak Posted March 8, 2009 Report Posted March 8, 2009 is it really burning the plates up or is the adjuster nut just backing off??? got pics of the fried clutches?? Quote
sleeper06 Posted March 8, 2009 Report Posted March 8, 2009 Not to say you didnt ,but is there a little black o-ring still left all the way back on the inner hub, that wiil give you a prob and blow clutch plates immaturly, and make it not adjust rite Quote
