Is the clutch adj properly? is the ball welded to the shaft? bearing gone? Oil smoked? more onfo needed

Not to say you didnt ,but is there a little black o-ring still left all the way back on the inner hub,that wiil give you a prob and blow clutch plates immaturly,and make it not adjust rite

is it really burning the plates up or is the adjuster nut just backing off??? got pics of the fried clutches??

 

its destroying them like sometin awful, but unfortunately i dont have any pics of the old clutches but i'll have some soon

There can be no way that the clutch was adjusted properly if you have gone through plates that quick. I welded the ball once. The clutch itself was fine.

 

you may be right let me double check my adjustments and see if that fixes it
