Need a BLACK DESERT TANK and ITP T-9's

I am looking for a BLACK ONLY desert tank 5.5gal. and Black ITP T-9's. I would prefer the Clarke tank but would also take a IMS. The rims must also be BLACK 10x5 3+2 4/156 and 10x8 3+5 4/115 Must be new or in like new condition.
