1996dragshee Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 Whats your jetting and needle clips at? Could just be a little rich or lean on the needles.If they're in the middle,lower the needles (raise the clips) one position and throw a new set of plugs in... Quote

blaster2006 Posted February 28, 2009 Report Posted February 28, 2009 clips n the middle stock jets yeah so your carbs have not been tocuhed or ever re jetted. your obviously lean .. since you put a K&N with no lid on. tighten your airscrew about half a turn and maybe put 3 or 4 sizes bigger on the main jets..all that info is just an estimate.. im no proffessional but im pretty sure those settings are a good way to start Quote
