gemini Posted February 22, 2009 Report Posted February 22, 2009 I've got some bb drag ported cylinders I was running last year. To make a long story short, I've got a 4mil long rod crank now and custom spacer plate from Nate McCoy. I was wondering if you can get longer dowel pins for the cylinders. With gaskets and spacer plate, the dowel pins are pretty much completely swallowed so that's a bit of an issue. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. Quote
RadarRacing Posted February 22, 2009 Report Posted February 22, 2009 (edited) If you are talking about case studs that hold your cylinders down yes you can get longer ones. Nate probably has them otherwise Fast or MMatv would i'm sure as well as Vitos or most other builders. Edited February 22, 2009 by RadarRacing Quote
gemini Posted February 22, 2009 Author Report Posted February 22, 2009 Now that you mention it, I'm probably going to need those too. What I was really after are the dowel pins on the bottom of the cylinders that keep them centered. Any ideas? Quote
