01cumminsHO Posted February 4, 2009 Author Report Posted February 4, 2009 The cdi will do that? I thought it would not run at all. Could it just be a coil or I have also heard it could be the stator. Quote
twizted269 Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 they run on a waste spark system which means that both wires fire at the same time. 2 sparks per stroke. either bad coil wire or plug boot. Quote
2/2 many banshees Posted February 4, 2009 Report Posted February 4, 2009 sounds like the cdi is gone Quote
01cumminsHO Posted February 5, 2009 Author Report Posted February 5, 2009 Does any one know where I can get a decent cdi for cheap or is there a way I can test it befor I go and buy a new one? Quote
