official_style Posted January 21, 2009 Report Posted January 21, 2009 my boy has 2 bikes he wants to get rid of, the first is a 03 blaster, stocked out, has papers, excellent condition, doesnt need shit. 2nd bike is a 95 kawasaki mojave 250, engine is good, trans is good except the reverse lockout is broken. it is in decent driveable condition, doesnt need anything, but no papers. he wants to get 2800 for both, i think he is smoking crack, what do you all think? whats a good price for both? official_style Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Posted January 22, 2009 lol both those bikes suck, i hate how small and underpowered they are. i was actually fucking around with the mojave like 2 weeks ago in the snow, doing donuts, and i forgot how narrow it is, and i jumped off it because it came up on 2 wheels too much to get it back down. had i been on my 97 shee, with the +4 axle and reverse offset front wheels, i could have continued to do donuts and destory the lawn i was riding on. they are both a POS IMO. the blaster is slow as hell, and is way too light and narrow, and my rc truck sounds like it has more balls. lilmegill727 Posted January 22, 2009 Report Posted January 22, 2009 You should dump the 2 g's in your quad or stang. true dat! my blaster that had a 240 sleeve BB kit and pyramid reed cage and a pt mid was still slow for me. i know i could get more out of it with a more topend pipe like cpi or something but in the end, it was worth putting that money into it cause it had to run on race fuel or it pings and it still wasnt very fast. official_style Posted January 22, 2009 Author Report Posted January 22, 2009 the 2 bikes arent actually mine, i am just going to get a cut of the cash if i help sell them. whatever i get will go towards paying back the loan for the 06, and paying off the credit card bill for all the shit i have bought for it. the mustang has everything done i want, it just needs the blower now, hopefully in the spring i can whipple it.
