newberydr Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 Hi everyone I'm new here and I just picked up a 04 stock Banshee. It is missing the brake light so I was wondering if I could just get a couple small lights at Autozone and just wire it up? Quote
2/2 many banshees Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 Welcome to BansheeHQ a couple of guys on here have used leds and is looked great if I was going to make a light thats how I would go Quote
MistBanshee Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 There are some on E-Bay. I have a LED tail light and get them from this guy PlastiqueSTM . Universal ATV LED Tail Light http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-UNIVERS...sQ5fAccessories Watch his auctions he does two kinds, one is a buy it now that cost more then a standard open bid wait a few days auction. Can be a 5$ difference. You have choices between 4 color LED lights Blue, Red, Yellow or Green as well as 5 choices for the Case (plastic braquet) to go around the light: Blue, Red, Yellow, Black or White. *Note, Make sure you can are allowed in your area to have particular color of tail light. Because the dunes in California you will get a ticket for a blue tail light! Trust me I know! :ermm: Quote
ban99 Posted January 15, 2009 Report Posted January 15, 2009 here is just one option. My advise is to go with l.e.d."s and make sure they have a metal housing and polyacrilic lens. Some guys have mounted them to their existing grab bars or frame which also look really good. Check out these guys for lights, www.customdynamics.com Quote
