Pretty hard to twist a stock crank, the webs are on splines.

Very good possibility of it being separated.

Stock cranks are very, very tough and resilient....before you give up on it, pull it out and have it gone over...

i got it sitting in my living room in alabama right now, i was gunna pull it apart the other night then had to do laundry. is there any good checks to see how good it is without taking it to a shop to check stuff? i know the rods don't rotate smoothly. if that means anything.

if the rods dont spin freely you can have it rebuilt or buy a new or used one also you could do a stroker +4 crank and spend some more cash on port work ank stuff to make it run better

im planning to rebuild this one while i have the other one in the quad.

what im trying to figure out is what is a good check to make sure the case is good (when bending/twisting a crank, does it oblong the seats?) i looked for cracks and don't see any. and im about to pull it all apart so i need to know what to look for to see if the case is good or not?

im pretty sure i need a new trans... or atleast a few gears.
