Handyman Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 I bought a clutch cover off a guy that is already polished...There are few light scratcheson it that i'd like to get off and I would like to give it a good polish...I only have a dremel tool to use to polish this thing up...Can you guys give some tips/hints/stuff to use to get this thing looking good?? 1996dragshee Posted December 24, 2008 Report Posted December 24, 2008 I use a dremel and Mothers aluminum and mag polish on mine.If the scratches won't come out with that you can wet sand it with some 2400 grit and then run your dremel with the polish wheel back over it...shit will look like a mirror. Some use the white polishing compound and swear by it but i've just always had mothers on hand so it's what i've used. Quote
