Will 450 A-Arms fit?

... but I can't seen to find a direct answer. It appears from reading other discusisons that the 450 arms will fit with a spacer or bushings. Is this the case? Can I buy 450 arms and bolt them up with just some spacers? Is there a how-to somewhere like for the 450 shocks? I'm guessing that the 450 arms would be better, wider... true?
