bansheee87 Posted September 28, 2008 Report Posted September 28, 2008 I got my new motor back in my bike and it idles good and revs good but some times the revs will stay up if i blurp it they come back down i was thinking air leak but intake boots are new and new gaskets and head seems to be fine if it was a air leak wouldent it rev up on idle. thanks Quote
F.BEJARANO Posted September 28, 2008 Report Posted September 28, 2008 get you come carb cleaner from the auto parts store. start the banshee and let it idle for a while. spray around the carbs and intake boots. if it revs when you spray you have a leak. check the boots for any cracks. if not i dont know your mods but could try going up a size on your pilot.
