jrod Posted September 15, 2008 Report Posted September 15, 2008 Ok so i went to sahara this weekend. And lets just say that sand gecko's suck donkey dick. Could not hook worth a damn. I have a stock cylinder stock stroke drag shee. Ported, Reeds, Outerframes, timing etc.... I need the best paddle for me. I was thinking maybe a 8paddle extreme hauler? Quote
Frogger Posted September 15, 2008 Report Posted September 15, 2008 I think a 21x12x8 8 paddle extreme sounds good. May even consider a 22x11x8 extreme. Depending on sand and riding you may even want to bump to a 10 paddle. Quote
MistBanshee Posted September 15, 2008 Report Posted September 15, 2008 (edited) I had the same question. I am new to the Banshee world and really enjoying it. This Thanksgiving will be my first trip ever to the dunes. My question is about sand tires. Which sand tires are the best to get to push the shee around? Best for griping and quick takeoff's best number of paddels etc.? Banshee is getting a 4mil & 4 inch swing arm right now and the jugs are already bored out as much as they can be which makes the shee fast already. Edited September 15, 2008 by MistBanshee Quote
Farmtruck Posted September 16, 2008 Report Posted September 16, 2008 I have some 22x11x8 sls 9 paddle haulers they were bought this spring and have about 5 rides on them I am in OKC area I will take $275 for them. Quote
werner Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 i would recommend 22x11x8 9pdl Bead+Bead or SLS. I run only sand and love my 10pdl SLS but could say a 9 pdl would be plenty. What Farmtruck has for sale is a great deal and perfect for your setup. Quote
